We will visit the property for a free no obligation valuation if you then decide to instruct us.

Upon finding a tenant we will take relevant references which include employers, credit searches and previous landlords if applicable.

Prepare Tenancy agreement subject to satisfactory references.

Take first month’s rent and deposit

Check tenant into property with inventory

Secure deposit in a Tenancy Deposit Scheme

Advise tenant of your bank and contact details

Send statement to you for first month’s rent less our fee.
