Specialising in Property Management in the Ipswich area since 1989, we pride ourselves in giving our landlords not only a professional service but one that has a personal touch, as we appreciate that for most people buying a property is the biggest investment they will make, and it is our aim to give them the reassurance that they need to make the whole process as stress free as possible.

Our Staff attend regular training courses to be updated with any changes in Law & Fire regulations. We aim to work together and strive to achieve professional yet friendly relationships with both our Landlords & Tenants.

As members of The National Approved Letting Scheme, The Property Ombundsman and Safe Agent, we have agreed to give a professional, regulated service, have an effective complaints redress system, carry professional indemnity insurance and have Client Money Protection Insurance cover.

We manage properties in the IPSWICH, FELIXSTOWE and STOWMARKET areas.
