My experience is of Rents as a tenant as well as a Landlord for around 13 years and I’ve always found them them to be reliable, sympathetic and give a first class service. Highly recommended

I've been renting a 2 bedroom house in Ipswich, with Rents of Ipswich for over 5 years now.
Some Rental Companies can be awful, but honestly I've not had any issues with Rents. All The Staff our Brilliant and the communications I've had with them have been 10/10.
When I have my checks on the house for my Landlord. I fully trust Michaela to pop into the house for a once over on her own, with my permission. I also have a good communication's with Clare the Office Manager too, also a bit of banter thrown in too.
If something needs to be fixed or replaced their website is easy to use to report any faults.
I only tend to deal with Clare & Michaela, as I say I've dealt with them both for over 5 years now.
If you are looking to Rent a Property, I would certainly recommend Rents of Ipswich.....100%

A recommendation from an independent Ipswich based Estate agency led me to Rents.
From my initial contact speaking with Michaela, through to the successful letting of 2 properties, it was clear that this highly professional company stood head and shoulders above the rest.
Their wide knowledge of the private rental market with its evolving complexities definitely instilled confidence.
I appreciated being able to pick up the phone and actually speak to the office who patiently answered my many questions. Emails were responded to promptly with regular updates and accounting matters were settled immediately. The friendly efficient Rents team have the knack of finding the ideal tenant most suitable to the property, enabling the letting process being smooth from start to finish.
Previously, I had less than satisfactory experiences of letting property through big corporate players. This enabled me to fully appreciate the outstanding level of customer care and service provided by this long established family run business. Too often large property firms juggle both sales and lettings, have a high staff turnover and fail to provide the expertise or care to their clients.
How refreshing to find a local, trustworthy, accessible and responsive company specialising and focusing purely on lettings!

I have been a landlord with Rents for nearly 30 years. As a landlord, I care about three things in a property management company: their knowledge of my tenants, maintenance of properties and good administration (including financial transactions). I have always received excellent service by Rents on these aspects. Every query I have (especially the financial side) is answered very promptly. Rents is also proactive in keeping me up-to-date with ever new national regulations. They strive to get the best quotes and contractors when it comes to maintenance. Their service is impeccable. I had properties in two other UK places, one of them being Cambridge. I can say that I feel more secure and confident with Rents' staff and way of management. Special mentions go to Pauline, Clare, Michaela and last but but not least, Wayne! I cannot recommend Rents highly enough!!
